On behalf of the South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SCSHP), I am thrilled to extend an opportunity for sponsorship at the 2026 SCSHP Annual Meeting. We are looking forward to gathering in Kiawah Island, South Carolina at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort on March 11-13, 2026. Our four levels of sponsorship include Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Please see below for a complete list of opportunities available.
The inaugural Welcome Reception was a tremendous success last year. We have decided to make this a tradition at our Annual Meeting, including offering the return of the Platinum level sponsorship. This exciting sponsorship opportunity is $6,000 and includes all the benefits of the Gold level sponsorship with the added advantage of an invitation to the Welcome Reception scheduled for Wednesday evening. This will be a fun-filled event for socializing with our members in a casual setting at the beautiful Kiawah Island Golf Resort. All registered SCSHP members are invited to attend this event as well as our Platinum sponsorship partners. This Platinum sponsorship opportunity is limited to four (4) sponsors on a first-come, first-serve basis to allow exclusive time with our members. A draft agenda for the 2026 Annual Meeting is available for your review. In addition to extraordinary continuing education topics, we are focusing on networking opportunities in a casual, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere. Sponsorship affords a unique opportunity for networking with SCSHP members. Members include directors of pharmacy, pharmacy managers, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy buyers, technicians, and numerous subject matter experts from across the state. However, the Resort has provided this update: We are offering a 10% discount on all remaining accommodations in our general inventory and guests are being advised to check the live availability on our website www.kiawahresort.com. Guests can reserve online and note that they are a part of your booking (572) to receive the discount (applied later) or they can email my team at group_reservations@kiawahresort.com with their confirmation number and we will happily apply the discount.

Platinum Sponsor -$6000 
The Platinum Sponsor fee includes the following:
• Sponsor the Welcome Reception Wednesday evening
-Limited to four (4) sponsors

• Two (2) representative invitations to the Platinum, Gold & Silver Pharmacy Leaders Reception Thursday evening
