Please save the date for the SCSHP Annual Meeting, taking place March 11–13, 2026 in Kiawah Island, SC. Registration details will be available soon.

We invite practitioners, residents, and students to participate in the meeting by submitting poster, platform, and Resident Rapid-Fire proposals. This is an excellent opportunity to share innovative practice models, research, and clinical pearls while earning CE and meeting ASHP CAGOs.

Call for Poster & Platform Presentations

• Accepted formats include original research, research in progress, case presentations, encore presentations, and innovative practice or educational approaches
• Reviewed on the basis of innovation, originality, clinical relevance, and research design
• Top submissions will be selected for 15-minute platform presentations and Best Poster recognition

Submission deadline: NOW DUE BY Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM
Notification by January 23, 2026

Call for Resident Rapid-Fire Proposals

• 10–12 minute clinical pearl presentations
• Four presentations combined into a 1-hour CE session
• Proposals must include a mentor name

Proposal deadline: Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Presenting authors must be registered for the meeting (at least the day of their session). We encourage you to submit your work and join colleagues from across the state in Kiawah Island.
